Who we are

A boutique land use shop based in Miami, Florida with a reputation as go-to attorneys and counselors for knowledgeable and effective legal services and placemaking solutions.

Wernick & Co, PLLC brings expertise in land use and zoning law earned through years of hands-on experience advising developers and other real estate industry clients, from due diligence to entitlement strategy to navigating zoning regulations and the development approval process. The firm works directly on some of South Florida’s most complex and exciting urban redevelopment projects and emerging neighborhoods re-defining the built environment today.
